Welcome to my book section.  Here is where you should come if you want to see better quality versions of my work.  I still don’t write that much preferring instead to let the images tell the story.  For the most part they are 20 – 70 mb downloads.  So should take anything from a couple of minutes to 5 minutes to download on a decent broadband link.

 

Chamonix 2008 – These photographs cover my recent trip to the alps.  They are a random selection of images taken while on a 9 day trip to Cham.  20mb download.

 

Thunder in the Glens  -Taken at the annual meeting of the Harley Owners group in Aviemore.  These people really know how to enjoy themselves.  Highly recommended download.  Also for those that doubt the quality of digital capture have a look at these colourful people!!!  70 mb download.

Rocking Rockness 2008- This was a wonderful venue.  Great colour, great movement, interesting people and a warm atmosphere.  Really enjoyed this.  Particularly the Myspace bus - an icon of modern culture!!!  The memory of the conductor shouting upstairs not to shake the bus so hard or it would topple reminded me of school days!!!!!!!!!!  The images include a number of people that asked me to photograph them on the day.  And to them thanks.   104mb download.

Tartan Army Aviemore 2008 - I bumped into the Tartan Army at the weekend quite by chance.  We were told by the lady at the Tesco checkout that they would be marching through the streets the next day.  And so it was.  Something I've wanted to do for a while.  I shot some 70 images and these 8 are a good representation of the atmosphere.  The light came and went but the warmth of the personalities shine through.  20mb download.
